The President of the Brookstone HOA Board resigned on October 4th. The vacancy announcement below was emailed to homeowners 22 days later.

According to the HOA bylaws, the remaining members of the Board may choose a replacement. That person will serve out the remainder of the term, ending in April 2009. The Board will be accepting nominations for this position through November 12.

A copy of the Brookstone HOA bylaws was added to the Association’s homepage on October 21.

Beginning on November 1, the Town of Cary will ban all outdoor automated irrigation. The ban will continue at least through December 31. Outdoor washing and hand watering will still be allowed.
